Recipe | A Trio of Cocktails

SNAPPLE-TINI [FRENCH 75}
1-½ ounces apple brandy
1 ounce lime juice
Peach bitters
Shake and strain into a rocks glass
Top with champagne
Yields 1 cocktail

DIET-DAQUIRI [DAQUIRI]
1-½ ounces Belle Isle Moonshine [Made in Virginia]
¾ ounces lime juice
1 ounce honey simple syrup
Shake and strain into a coupe glass
Yields 1 cocktail

RIVIERA READY [TOM COLLINS]
1 ounce Gin
¾ ounces lemon juice
.½ ounce strawberry shrub
Shake and strain into a collins glass.
Top with club soda
Yields 1 cocktail
