Chef Ian Patrick Hock opened Codex [LINK], a pop-up restaurant inside Pendulum Fine Meats & Market [LINK] in Norfolk/Ghent, on Jan. 19. The eatery is open Wednesday through Saturday, 6:30 p.m. until 10 p.m.
