Chris Glover of Cracker’s Little Bar Bistro [Norfolk] [LINK] shares a recipe for a delightful fruity cocktail that is easy to shake up at home.
Here’s how you make it: In a cocktail shaker, add 1-½ ounces dry gin (such as Bombay), ½ ounce freshly-squeezed lemon juice, ¾ ounces sloe gin, ½ ounce black raspberry liqueur (such as Chambord) and two ounces of grapefruit juice. Add ice and shake well until chilled and combined. Strain into a martini glass.
