Just in time for St. Patrick’s Day, our recipe for the Chilly Leprechaun, an iced coffee cocktail.
Here’s how to make it:
7 ounces coffee at room temperature
2 ounces coffee liqueur, such as Cureo, crafted in Virginia [LINK]
1 ounce homemade vanilla extract; see our recipe HERE [LINK]
Sugar and cream
In a tall glass, add coffee, coffee liqueur, vanilla extract, sugar and cream and stir to incorporate. Fill glass with ice and serve.
