Here’s our fool-proof method in hard boiling eggs:
+ Place 6 eggs in single layer of saucepan; do not overcrowd
+ Fill the saucepan with water, covering the eggs by 2 inches
+ Add a teaspoon of white vinegar to the water to keep whites from running in case the eggs eggs crack
+ Bring the water to full rolling boil, then turn off the stove and cover the pan for 12 minutes
+ Strain the water from the pan and run cold water immediately over the eggs for 1-2 minutes to stop the cooking process
+ Refrigerate with shells on for up to 7 days
